In partnership with Mizrachi, we at BIAV have joined a truly meaningful and special project to commemorate those killed on October 7th and in the ensuing and ongoing war. We have joined together to sponsor a mantel (Torah Cover) which will memorialize one of the precious souls we have lost. The me’il sponsored by BIAV is dedicated in memory of Captain Daniel Perez z”l. Captain Perez’s father is Rabbi Doron Perez, Chairman of World Mizrachi.
